Jam Store app download competition terms and conditions
Jam Store will be giving away a R1 000 in cash to one Jam Store customer who downloads and registers on the Jam Store App between 28 January and 28 March 2022. The competition qualifying criteria is outlined below.
The promoter of the campaign is Jam Store, herein after referred to as “Jam Store”
DURATION OF THE CAMPAIGN
1. The campaign will run from 28 January and 28 March 2022. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted unless the competition is extended in which case, new closing dates will be communicated.
WHO MAY ENTER THE CAMPAIGN
2.The competition is open to existing Jam Store customers and public who:
a. Receive communication notifying them of the competition details.
WHO MAY NOT ENTER THE CAMPAIGN
3. The campaign is not open to:
a. directors, members, partners, agents, employees or consultants of Jam Store and/ or any of their associated or affiliated companies and/or agencies or any supplier of goods or services in connection with a campaign; and the spouse, life partner, business partner or associate, or the natural or adopted parent, child or sibling, of any person specified in the above.
HOW TO ENTER
4. To enter the competition, participants are required to do all the following actions:
Download and register on the on the Jam Store App to get automatic entries into the draw
HOW MANY TIMES CAN YOU ENTER?
5. Each participant may only enter the competition once.
PRIZES
6. One qualifying Jam Store App user will win R2000(two thousand rand only) in cash.
7. The cash prize will be deposited into the winner’s chosen bank account after they have completed and submitted all necessary documents required to process the payment.
REQUIREMENTS YOU MUST MEET TO USE THE PRIZE
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
You must possess whatever documents and permissions that may be required in order to accept and use a prize, which documents and permissions is your responsibility to obtain at your own cost, and which documents and permissions must remain valid in such minimum form and for such minimum period after the prize date as may be required by the relevant authorities.
Jam Store may require you to provide us with such additional information and documentation as we may reasonably require in order to process, confirm and facilitate your acceptance and/or use of a prize. If you refuse to provide us with the requested information or documentation, you will forfeit the prize.
